So decided to check out the latest demo for this one to see how they changed it. Gameplay is still an hybrid of turn based with real time elements, but definitely more focused on close real time combat this time than Turn-Phase Gunplay. I see some neat ideas here, but its kinda hard to judge it based on 1 tutorial mission unfortunately (would like to see how deep the skill/arte/whatever system will be). I did like the boss fight quite a bit though, even if it was rather easy :p I think the game has potential, but not completely sold on it yet. Also the demo was very heavy on cutscenes, surprisingly lol ...
