It's time for the greatest Taiko adventure yet. Welcome to Yokai! Daikessen! The Story: One evening Don and Katsu are outside and then they hear strange sounds. When they get back inside they see a ghost. A little while afterwards a closet opens and Don and Katsu are sucked into the portal hidden inside. Don was transported back in time to ancient Japan. There he meets an old man and a young tanuki girl, Ponko. Don teams up with Ponko and they must travel all around Japan to find Ponko's lost father and at the same time defeat various monsters known as Yokai along the way. The story mode looks like an old-school RPG. However instead of classic RPG battles, you defeat your enemies by playing Taiko. Every part of the walkthrough will cover a whole chapter of the story.
