This is some gameplay from the 1999 stealth epic, Syphon Filter. It's a game about stopping a terrorist who releases a deadly genetic virus that could kill millions of people. Gabe Logan, the main protagonist, is ordered to kill this terrorist and his cohorts. Upon its release, many christened Syphon Filter a Metal Gear Solid knock-off, but although this game shares quite a few similarities with MGS, it's a very different game in most respects. It's still a stealth game, but it's the way the game is played that differentiates itself from MGS. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that the game plays like a combination of Metal Gear Solid, Tomb Raider, Medal of Honor, and Die Hard Trilogy. Syphon Filter may be a great combination of many PlayStation games, but isn't without its flaws. The voice acting is fairly bad at times, the hit detection isn't perfect and the game only supports one analog stick for movement.
