I'd apologize for the length, but the game is really inescapably long. I cut out some segments of me grinding to raise or lower the alignment of a character for a class change. I went for the canon "best" ending, the "World" ending, recruiting every special character (except for Galf; he and the "World" ending are mutually exclusive) including Deneb. To get Deneb my reputation had to be very low, which is why I didn't liberate every town in the Kastolatian Sea (to liberate later and raise my low reputation), and also why I allowed so many towns to be recaptured by the enemy at Antanjyl (to lower my reputation quickly).
