Recruitable units: - Miledy: Automatically joins you at turn 3. She's a dragon riding unit so it's nearly guaranteed she turns out awesome (they nearly always do in Fire Emblem). - Percival: Talk to him with either your dancer unit or your bard unit (depends on which one you got; see earlier chapters for explanation). But you'll have to hurry since he'll leave the map after eight turns. If he leaves, you still get a chance of recruiting him later in chapter 15.
