Every turn that passes the Skolls will move one space and when they reach the spot Fenrir's in, they enter the battle. You can kill the first 3 then walk close to Fenrir and pull back, so he'll follow you making the fight that much easier. Using Immunize with your Medic and Defender with your Protector help a lot, too.
