This is part 1 of my capture of me and friend playing through Dual Core, a downloadable title for the Wii U. Peter is player one and I'm player two. We're playing on normal difficulty. Here's a new multiplayer, top-down shooter that was recently released for the Wii U. I had been paying attention to Dual Core for the past month or so since I'm into this type of game, but I was curious about the control options. Although I can use a twin-stick control scheme for a game like this (I did it for my Smash TV upload), I'd much rather use the Wii Remote and nunchuck since I'm far more proficient with that control scheme. When the developer confirmed that Dual Core would support pointer controls through the Wii Remote and nunchuck (similar to Wii Play's Tanks game), I decided to the buy the game day one. However, you currently have to use the GamePad for single-player mode, but the developer is apparently going to patch the game to fix that. In the mean time, if you play with friends...
