This video is mostly to demo the interface and whatnot in DDR 5th. It's the first version with the vertical songwheel which has become standard, although that style songwheel I believe was considered for 4th MIX as well (but rejected). DDR 5th also lacks song banners - the game presumes the middle of the song's background is the banner. The announcer is the 4th MIX announcer. This version differs from the arcade version very minorly; the timing is a bit easier (5th MIX arcade was notoriously hard) and between the startup menus (single/versus/double and character select) the music steps, which it doesn't on arcade. Oh, and less songs, obviously. The trial songs (The Centre of the Heart and NORI NORI NORI) only come with basic steps but strangely the difficulties are lower on Trick and Maniac (the charts are identical).
