English patch made by Aeon Genesis. I'm playing Ogre Battle for the first time. It's not that hard understanding the game so far because of my prior knowledge of Tactical RPGs from playing the Final Fantasy Tactics games which were based on this series. If you're familiar with the Final Fantasy Tactics games, you'll notice several similarities between this and the Tactics games. I spotted these while playing the game. - The graphics (obviously) - The Short Sword sprite would later be used as the Broad Sword in FFT and the Short Sword in both FFT Advance games - The "MISS" SFX would later be used in the first Tactics Advance. What similarities can you see?
