This is just a gameplay video of a bot deathmatch in Unreal Championship on the original Xbox. This was one of the first online games for the Xbox, and it's got a fun offline bot match too. It even supports split screen and lan gameplay too. The bot A.I. in the vid is just set to skilled (normal), but even then they can be a good challenge. As far as I know this game is not backwards compatible with the 360.
